Completely remodel 1970’s single-story ranch home from it’s original design and selections to feature a fresh open-floor plan utilizing current design materials and applications.  Create curb appeal by changing roof line, install rock veneer on exterior of home, and tear out existing landscape.  Redesign all landscaping and install all new hardscape, plants and custom wrought iron work. Convert garage into family room, add new garage, additional bedroom and pool to create a perfect place to call home for a growing family.
